For more than 60 years Jackson’s Music Store has been providing musical instruments, supplies, and more to our greater Atlanta, GA and Winston-Salem, NC communities. As the coronovirus outbreak continues to create a huge impact on our way of life, Jackson’s focus is on the health and safety of our associates, customers, and community.

Jackson’s Music is adhering to recommendations provided by the World Health Organization (WHO) and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). In accordance with their guidelines, we’ve taken action to protect the health of our associates and customers such as regular disinfection of high traffic surfaces including entry door handles and other door knobs, light switches, computer peripherals, countertops, and other flat surfaces including floors. In addition, we communicate regularly with our associates to follow preventative actions recommended by the CDC such as social distancing, frequent hand washing, and the elimination of touching the face.

At this time, all Jackson’s Music’s locations are open for in-store business, curbside pick-up, & online sales.

CURBSIDE PICKUP

For our customers that choose to stay home, Jackson’s Music offers a large number of musical instruments and supplies for sale online. Fast, free delivery is offered in the US on items weighing less than 10lbs.

Jackson’s is also offering curbside pickup during this time. Simply order online, choose “pickup in store”, choose “store location”, and mention curbside pickup in your order checkout “note box”. A Jackson’s associate will email you when your order is ready. We can arrange the same service with a phone call.
